Clarkspie&chips - thanks, was really hoping to find out who he was. I've done a bit of digging and he comes with the Robotix Aquabot set. Not sure if he has a name.

Hi I am pretty sure top pic bottom left M-16 is A-Team 3rd one from left. I had all those figures. The rifle sling went on at the hook on butt and other side fitted over barrel.
No sure about middle bottom left but if I was betting man its A-Team also. It has the same hole where you could push the strip of bullets in.
Also top pic some of them could be from Bravestarr.
