Has anyone seen these price stickers before?

Whilst going through my MOC collection i realised that what i always thought was a peeling off sticker is actually a nifty perforated sticker which has a sale section at the bottom. The sticker displayed the standard price and a sale price, the store would clearly remove the perforated part at the end of the sale, simple. I've never seen one before. Do any of you have these or know about them?

Plus, i noticed on the back of one of my POTF MOCs it has the 'made in Hong Kong' sticker


The rest of them have this printed. I am clearly over looking at my collection in the :lol: last few days of ownership

Good old Kmart. I have seen them, but as far as price tags go for them not quite as common.
