Han small head was released first and the they replaced him with big head - small head was released on SW cards and I believe some early ESB cards - but you can also get Han big head on SW ESB and ROTJ cards - there are a lot more Han big heads out there

Rumour has it that they changed it because Harrison Ford didn't like it but to be honest I am not sure if there is any truth in that

What! :? The big head is a handsome chappy not unlike like the Endor Han Solo. The small one looks like Francis Begby in Trainspotting ...or maybe a contestant from Bullseye!

You are right, but Big head Han is far rarer than the pin head Han On 12Backs.
