PLEASE VOTE FOR THREE FIGURES


So it begins, First round this year has 16 groups rather than the previous 32. Each group has 6 figures apart from the first four which have 7. The top 2 will progress from each group through to the knockout stages.

In the group stages you need to select your THREE favourite figures from the figures available, and then like I said the top two will progress.

Group B also has some quite disappointing previous performers as Rebel Commander, Teebo, Klaatu and more surprisingly Dengar have never gotten out of the opening room.

R2-D2 and Luke X-Wing Pilot have the most pedigree in the comp although neither have set the world alight either. But saying that even R2-D2 fell at the first hurdle last year, his best performance was a third round appearance in 2015. As for Luke X-Wing pilot, he's always managed to get out of the opening group stage but in 2014 and 2016 he fell in the second round to Luke Farmboy in 2016 and Boba Fett in 2014. His best showing though was in 2015 when he progressed to the Quarter Final only to be destroyed by the Hoth Stormie 22-14.

My focus Greedo has never really done much either, 2nd round exits in 2014 and 2015 were followed up with a 1st round elimination in 2016. looking at this group I'm not holding out much hope for him this time either.

R2, Luke X-Wing and Greedo. All striking looking and quite unique figures, more interesting to me then the others!

Luke cause Luke is my all time favourite. R2 D2, Rare figure RC cause they are cool.

Greedo because he is one of my all time favs.
Teebo??? Ewok a need love. I remember him as a kid. I like his stripes and he fights with a stick, a bloody stick!

R2 - a great little sculpt that could be used in a variety of ways. Stands well.
Luke X-Wing - we could be Luke as a pilot as kids! Great it came with a blaster and not a lightsaber
Klaatu - Good sculpt, skirt is a nice touch.

R2D2 - classic figure that in many ways symbolises the range to me
Greedo - always loved the head sculpt and his unerring ability to hold a blaster!
Dengar - A childhood favourite.. big gun, big detailed backpack (I know, I can't understand how my mind worked back then), best of all he was always a wounded rebel for my playtime!

Dengar - great figure. Remember getting him in the mailaway offer.
R2 - never had this version as a kid. Bought one off a mate last year.
Teebo - I thought the ewoks are good figures.

Dengar - great variants available with this figure, and the sculpt/colour is very individual
Greedo - soft spot for any cantina alien
Luke X-wing - Again, a lovely sculpt that has prompted Hasbro to bring out about 100 other x-wing pilots, So obviously a cool original inspired sculpt

R2 D2 solid dome- never had this as a kid, Just looks awesome with the chrome.
Dengar- love this guy still remember him arriving with the survival kit in the post. Arguably the most interesting character of all the bounty hunters. Underrated figure and pleased he's doing well here.
Greedo- one of my first figures-from the cantina so automatic vote from me.

R2D2: Great figure and a good condition one always looks fantastic.
Dengar: Cool figure, I remember as a kid waiting aaaaaaaaages for the mailer to come through.
Klaatu: Bought for me by my Gran for Christmas 83, so has some nostalgia attached.

Greedo - didn't care for the figure much as a nipper but grown on me in recent years

LXW - figure that's stick in my mind from childhood which spent a lot of time flying his x-wing
Greedo - great looking figure
