Hi,

I amassed a large collection of Spurs memorabilia over the years that I can't really afford to keep any longer as it's taking up an awful lot of space.
circa 60 shirts; both replica and match worn (as well as a pair of Michael Dawson's match worn shorts!... no I really am being serious!), a bunch of signed boots and signed shirts (framed) that I got signed myself during a ten year + period as a season ticket holder at matches at the players entrance/car-park and specific signing events.

I also have a very large quantity of programmes, most of the home fixtures from the early 70's / late 60's through to about 2010 plus about 100 random away programs from the 80s All home programmes are in football programme specific protective binders (2 per year from memory)

My questions...

Anyone know of Facebook or alternate groups/forums to best market these or gain advice on what kind of value they have?
Anyone here collect and able to give advice or of course have an interest in buying this kind of memorabilia?

I'm keen to avoid eBay if I can initially so the items end up with fans/collectors at fair prices to both sides rather than it potentially going to dealers to profit from.

I know these are pretty random questions to pop on here, but the breadth of knowledge on here can never be underestimated!

Got no idea but would be quite interested to see what you had as a fellow fan.

My cousin was lucky enough to get three shirts. My uncle was a steward at whl for many many years and is the reason that I ended up as a spurs fan.

Not sure where the shirts are now. I know they were never washed.

If memory serves they were pat van den hauwe, Steve sedgley and Erik thorsvedt.

From memory the match worn shirts are:

- Modric
- Gomes
- King

Think there may be one or two others, but I can't remember who they were right now...

The signed boots (not match worn)

- Corluka (one boot)
- Lennon (signed both boots and Agent letter)
- Hazzard (one boot)

Then multiple other signatures on shirts or programmes etc.

- Jimmy Greeves shirt
- The league winning team (all bar maybe 3 signatures on a photo)
- Bill Nicolson
- 2008 Carling Cup team (I was in a corporate box on a table with the squad that didn't make the cut.. including Bale who had just signed)
- Ardilles and Vila on a shirt together
- few other full squad shirts too I made up over the years

I also have a Carlos Alberto signed shirt

Replica shirts are almost all small or Medium sized and I think I have every one from about 1982 (the home '82 is a kids sized sadly) to 2010, home and away. I also have a few unproduced pre-production sample shirts from the 90's... the ones that were even worse than some of the awful ones that were finally worn and sold!

I've got a couple of signed balls too, mid 90's and c2008/9 I think...

Not sure what comparison is, but one of my mates had two Sergio Aguero signed boots, did have a COA but he sold them just before Christmas separately, one went for £320 and the other was around £350.

I'm sure Mickey Hazard is far more desirable, especially as he played until he was around 50
