Fix loose neck?

I have a farmboy luke which is in really good condition but has a loose neck. Anyone know if I can rectify this? If I use the Boil and pop method to remove and replace his head back on do you think his will help? Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ptfe tape works on loose limbs never tried it on heads though

I've used waxed dental floss before. But don't think a that's gonna work in this case. Looks like it's been pulled so I was hoping the Boil and pop might shrink it back to its original shape.
