In their day Alan Partridge and Red Dwarf were great but they don't look so good today.

"American Pie" series is good, "Bottom", "Rab C Nesbitt" (I remember being good, not seen it for 15 years), "Brass eye" was ok, a bit hit and miss sometimes, and "South park" the same.
There was a series on years ago about 1 at night called "Gas" it was a stand up show presented by Lee Mac, it was pretty good.
