This will be more awesome than awesome.

I have not heard rumours of the legendary dinner. And as for the quiz.....oh my.

I'm there. Hotel booked (The Ship) and pass obtained! Now to start saving the pennies :)

Did you do it online? If not, phone them back and tell them to take the room off booking.com. Last time I booked a room there I did it on the phone and got a phone call a couple of weeks later saying they were going to cancel it as they had taken an online booking after I booked it. They will honour the online booking before yours irregardless of when the booking was made.

They tried to blame it on staff training issues. I will never stay there again.
 
I've paid for a double bed at the Augustus John today for £69. If anyone wants this room then PM me as I no longer need it.

Yes I'm still there. The Saturday night will seem some exciting fun from the podcast team. Details will come.... probably Friday 11th December.

One thing though, what happened to FF IX? I thought the last one was FF IIX?

I thought the last one was VIII too... Might have to squeeze number IX in between now and mid-December - I wouldn't be too unhappy about that!

That's nine by my count, making December ten :)

So the show has been running for over 3 years now, with the tenth show to come. August had the greatest turn out to date, largely due to the promotion I did at Southampton WestQuay with flyers and the draw of Shane and Mattias, but I REALLY want to see members here who always say "got to get to one" or "I'll be at the next one" to be there at the next. Like I said, you will never possibly experience a pre-movie buzz like this again.

I'm sure during the podcast interview everyone was saying the last one was the 8th!
