FAKES..

The toltoys one is exactly the same colour, but like you said the fit isnt right, arm holes are loose and its too rough around the collar...original my arse

Nice topic, but may i suggest not to (only) post to the auction itself, but copy the pic a paste it in the thread itself. Once the auction is ended and 90 days are exceeded the pic is gone and the comments and help for new members may be useless.

Now about the Jawa, i saw the auction and someone has explained the seller this is a fake one, and he changed the auction to not original cape wich is a good thing, becuase it is FAKE.

The telltales are first off al the colour wich allready is a give away that's it is not an original kenner VC jawa, and also not that the seller mentions that the cape has NO cross hatch pattern (wich both kenner and toltoys should have). Besides the crosshatch pattern there are other give aways that this is not toltoys Vc jawa, first off al as mentioned before it doesn't fit properly and what most don't know is that the corners on the front off a toltoys VC jawa's cape end in small pointing tips if you understand what i mean, while the kenner one goes straight down makes a corner off 90 degrees.

Cheers.

With a quality picture like that how can you possible think the guy is trying to scam, I mean just look at his feedback!

It's probably back up in his granny's loft and he doesn't want to have to get it all down, as he works 26 hours a days 8 days a week, and his granny isn't home much, plus his kid is sick...................

i saw his snag and was interested then saw his red coated bib . asked about authenticity about snag and he said he wasn't sure... sure enough to bloody list them in the vintage carded section though   just look at his faded hammerhead card dead cert fake :D

That Hammerhead is wild!

That snag isn't much better. There is a line just above the name plate where you can see the very top of the picture has faded a lot more than the rest, either that or his printer was playing up at that point.

Stay clear of these guys!

Hope this guy is kidding --->

The bubble is wrong for the figure, the graphics on the back are the wrong size, the corners of the card are wrong, the colours on the front are very bad and the punch hole is in the wrong place.

The closest you will get to "Authentic" with this piece is the figure. :D

Should look more like this --->
