Factory deformed bubbles/blisters thoughts?

Hey guys, I picked up a lot of stuff last night & 2 of the cards have very very oddly formed blisters on them, at first glance I thought oh no they have been overheated & deformed but on close inspection I am sure they have come from the factory like this, anyone seen this kind of thing before? no idea how the heck they got past quality control, but they make for an interesting oddity if nothing else.

Have I discovered the missing link in bubble classification :?

the bubbles look like they were exposed to heat ?

Yeah I think that must have been done with heat too, either deliberately or maybe even the sun or a radiator.

Hairdryer technique for sure. Id assume that the bubbles were pretty battered and someone tried to remedy it, ive seen it loads of times.

Thanks guys, I know the person I got these off is not the kind to have been bothered about trying to fix bubbles, so I presume its sun damage, makes for an interesting oddity all the same though..
