How rare is an empire logo x wing with red star wars picture on the box? Has light and sound on the fighter itself. Cheers

Depends on the condition, any X Wing box is tough to find in really mint condition, they're so weak.

I sold an example of this version late last year with a C7.5 box, original inserts and instructions for £150.

I'd say c8, has repro inserts (does say reproduction) and original instuctions. The x wing itself is fully working. Looks like repro stickers though.

My advice would be to replace the actual toy with one with genuine stickers. The word repro instantly de-values it which is a shame as it's a HTF piece in that box.
