ebay questions

also how the **** do i get to list it as buy it now or best offer it keeps asking me for starting price and not even giving me option of best offer

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/fees.html

Higher starting fee's inccur higherinsertion costs if that makes sense so it would cost you more to list an item starting at Ã'£50 than an item starting at Ã'£0.99.

Also there is a tab on the page after the description one which should allow you to change the type of auction you desire and allow best offer (tick box)

Hope ive helped somewhat

yeah i sorted it ,problem now is i,ve just got 9 houses so how do i cancel a auction

If you type something like end auction early in the help box it brings up instructions on how to cancel one. Make a note of your item number then go to the help section and find your info, then enter that number in the box and it will end.

i,ve just sold a item for Ã'£190 ebay took about a tenner and paypal tool about Ã'£7
i dont like the fact that if you have no bids on your item with less than 12 hours to go you are not allowed to add the best offer or reduce the price which might give it more chance of selling as after all its your item and you have paid them their fee so you should be allowed to but no instead they are extra greedy and hope your item dont sell in those 12 hours so you got to list it again and give them a little bit more money

If you re-list it and it sells the seconf time I'm sure they don't charge you the listing fees, providing there are no major changes to the listing. :?

I usually list things at 99p anyway or wait until 10p day so it never costs me to much !!
