ebay - European Sales Booster

Anyone seen this when signing in, yet? It's a new thing for ebay seller to "opt in to" or not, if you should so decide.

What are your thoughts? Seems like a good enough thing but i'm always wary of ebay as almost everything they introduce is a just a new way to screw the seller. Can anyone see any down sides??

Only downside I can see is that it might reduce the amount of cheap as chips toys I buy abroad and re-sell in UK for more
