eBay Bucks?

I have recently seen the below on several BIN items on eBay:

In typical style they don't tell you how or give any indication of what the offer is :lol: So does anybody know how to get this alleged 10% off BIN items? I googled it and apparently in the USA it is called "eBay bucks" but that's only available to US residents. So why am I seeing it on eBay UK, and why do they not explain what it is!?

Not seen that, but then I haven't been on Ebay for months. I'll wager one thing though, I bet it involves them bleeding more money out of either the buyer or the seller, probably both, some how!

Bloody typical, I have accidentally stumbled across how it works, but only after it has expired. Have bought loads of stuff I could have used this on :evil:

So basically if you ever see the really unhelpful message above, go in to My eBay and right at the bottom, below everything else, you will see this box with the discount code in it:
