DSD Variation Identification

Would be grateful if somebody could ident this DSD variation for me.
Scoured the various guides and I can't find a match.
It's probably staring me straight in the face :roll: , but any help would be appreciated.

The one on the left.
It has a flat, wide rivet and virtually identical Hong Kong COO (GMFGI is slightly lower, with more pronounced dots).
The 5 bar panel on his back is different. It has a curved top edge, as opposed to the 'normal' flat edge.

There also appears to be a factory error mold mark at the bottom of his neck.

Not that I do not know much about the bolt, but there is some different bolt on those death star droid just like c-3po

I think it is a area that need some more research
