Yes, very sad news, even if he was 87. My condolences to his friends and family.

I did raise a smile reading the BBC's news page about it though (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-42492807) wondering how many of their readers would instantly know who Dr Evazan was! I know most of us will know who he is, but I imagine thousands of readers saw the article and read the name 'Dr Evazan', and thought, 'WHO?!' ;-)

Then met a ton of him drinking in my youth.
