Dodgy auction or a bargain???

Did anyone see this? Cheap for a Palitoy Vader but the buyer had low feedback (no selling feedback) which was bumped up by mystery cash auction wins of 99 cents and the photos looked too good. Almost like they'd been nicked. Or could it have been a bargain??? :?

I recognise the buyers name from somewhere, RS possibly. But I can't remember if it was in a "avoid this guy" thread or if he is a member.

The buyer is a very questionable seller on ebay with lot of scams and repros. He is the buyer in this auction, so He may have been a shill bidder that just lost in his own game.

The seller is supposedly in the States so I doubt Darth Plageius is connected with them but I agree the photo is dodgy.
