Displaying Loose Figures/MOC Figures - Help Needed Pls!

All a bit new to the collection displaying, need a couple of pointers to get me started pls!

Firstly, where can i get those small (plastic?) disks that stand the loose figures up so well from pls? and how much are they roughly per 10/20 w/ever?

Secondly, The cases for sealing figures on cards? Again, where from and how much pls!
