Different sized cardbacks

Was having a sortout of my collection the other day because I bought some new star cases and I noticed some of my MOCs were different sizes. I've got a 77 back ERG which is a good 4-5mm longer than the others and a couple of 65 backs that are a couple of mm longer. The ERG only just fits in a star case quite tightly. They all seem to be the same width. Just wondered if anyone else had noticed this with their MOCs or knew anything about it? Whether or not certain cards are known to be a different size or if it's just a factory/batch thing?

They are all Taiwan cards- they are all about 4 mm taller, Star cases come close to damaging them. It is what it is.

The die cast line is really bad for this, the cards seem to conform to a rough variance of up to a couple of cm - makes buying acrylic difficult

Wow, I have a lot of taiwan cardbacks and some moc and I have never noticed they are bigger, thanks guys for the info
