First up i visited dave's stall in camden, had a brief chat with him, got the usual "barely ticking over" "business is quiet for christmas" vintage star wars he had.....
loose figures complete rebo band £45, luke stormy £85, warok £45, squid head £20, paploo £25, snowtrooper £20, snaggletooth £20, zuckuss £20.
carded at-at comander £45, dsd £45 bossk £45, trilogo teebo £30, ree yees cut from card £20
12" boba loose £95 c3po removable limbs baggie £20
looks like he's sold most of his loose ships that he had when i visited in the summer.

I then popped into the cinema store leicester square only had 6 beaters, lando, klaatu, weequay, at-at commander, all £9.95 each.

just around the corner is orbital comics, they had darth vader figure case £25, beater taun taun £18, loose walrus man, leia boussh, ig88, han bespin all £12 each

I then went on to notting hill where the retro shop had a handful of loose beaters for £6 each, its a shame stage and screen got closed down as a few years ago an american bloke with glasses that worked there was really into loose figures and always had a good selection of figures for sale including most of the last 17.

last up i went into mimi fifi which is also a shop in notting hill which sell mostly new crap to tourists mainly smurfs and betty boop. in a glass cabinet upstairs they had about 15 loose figures all mint and complete but way way overpriced all were £35 each bib fortuna, snaggletooth, ig88, gamorean guard, lobot, ugnaught.... but alos a leia bespin which was £80?????

anyway incase you were thinking about seeking out vintage stuff in london anytime soon, dont waste your time

Forget it :!: Dave in Camden had his fun in the mid 90s long before AFA etc selling very average condition figures and boxed vehicles/playsets for small fortunes :!: He curses the internet because he can no longer sell crap for top dollar :?

I whent to Plymouth yesterday, always pop into Final Frontier on the hope thay have some VSW and was very pleased to see these MOC's for sale. He's getting more in as well apparently :?: :D

I'm very chuffed as I go to Plymouth at least once a month. :)

I didn't actually buy any, just loved seeing them. But I might have to go back for one or two.

They were all well priced nothing more than £100 and in good condition. :D

I think the r2 was £90 and 3-po £100. Both pretty mint and 48 backs. I'm going again if your interested?

God, i wish people wouldn't put ****ing price stickers on vintage stuff.
You're almost certain to **** the bubble up trying to remove that thing. Especially if it's the sort i think it is; the ones you have to ****ing nuke to remove.
If i bought from him i'd get the ****er to remove the sticker and all residue first. The slightest change in the shape of the bubble and i'd knock 40% off the asking.

I have to agree. I went to a local comic shop once and the guy had those same types of price stickers on a boxed x-wing and landspeeder. They were way overpriced to boot. I told him his prices were a little high and he said..well you know these are rare and mint in the box...........I just looked at him...so you put your price stickers on the thing that makes them so valuable...total idiot.

I no I looked at them and thought, what you doing! Trouble is he's a really nice bloke and didn't wont to appear rude. I almost said to him you wont some star cases for them. I might take some in next time and give them to him for some money off.

His prices were negotiable, the Royal Guard had £50 on it and I said that it was the only one I was interested in, but that I was a bit skint. So he offered it to me for £42!
