Is it me or is this guys description of this piece deliberately confusing? OR am I missing something.

I've had to read this several times and still can't figure out why it got so many bids?!?!

I do believe has intentionally tried to tell his life story to confuse the buyer and unfortunately it look like someone has not read the listing! :(
 
This is only worth the price of the parts that make it up, ie the case cardback and figure, surely they don't equal the current bid?
