My guess would be that it's a repro one. There was a guy on ebay that used to sell them, but I've not seen any for a while.

christ the paint is peeling really badly on that one but someone still bought it.
would you guys buy a repro of a figure? because of the cost of getting an original the blue snag is the last one i need
