Does anyone know the customs number that you only pay 5% customs charges with?

All "collectibles" as long as they are not brand new items are classified by HMRC under code 9705000090

Good luck with actually getting the sender to quote the code, I've tried twice this last year and both times they didn't put the code on despite my request...looking forward to your sales thread...any boxed ships and playsets?

I have never had a seller refuse to put the code on before

They last time phantom sent me a figure he marked it clearly but they choose to ignore it

Made a claim about 2 months ago heard nothing back
Need to phone the feckers

Just bought something from the states and been very clear, even sent a picture of the customs form and where the code should go to the seller....fingers crossed!

good luck Gary im currently jumping through hoops to get my refund back and another one is at customs just now
the guy told me they can take up to 3 months to deal with a claim :roll: :roll:
i had to tell the guy to google vintage star wars collections to see if it fitted into the category
he wasn't long in agreeing after that!!!
