Contact number for ebay??

Hi guys.

I know this is in the wrong section but thought it would get seen here more.

Does anyone have a number or know a way to contact ebay?? I'm having trouble with a transaction that was basically fraud. They have deleted the item but I had already paid for it. They have said if I do not receive the item within 10 days I can open up a claim and I will basically get my money back no problems. I just want to talk to someone at ebay about it.

Any help guys??

i will tell you something I had a huge issue with a seller recently and just rang eBay. They looked at what had been happening and gave me my money straght back they were very helpful man good luck

This has happened to me before:
I waited for something to turn up, like they had asked. When an empty envelope turned up with tracking, I opened a case. They gave me my money back the next day with no questions.

Thanks for the number Liam. I can tstand trolling through there help page on for it to noever give you a number. That will be going in the phone book.

I rung them and they said wait the 7 days to see if anything turns up. If not open a claim and I will basically get my money back straight away. I'm not overly worried as I know i'm covered by Paypal. I just ****ing hate cunts that do this. Really pisses me off like a lot of poeple I suppose.

Ah well, lesson learned. I knida had a feeling something was quite right when I bought it.

Ok, the guy has marked it as dispatched and given a tracking number. The weird thing is the ebay account was UK and gave the location as Wiltshire but the tracking number he has given is from China.

Is this a big point to if the item does turn up its going to be a fake??

Will have to wait and see I suppose. Im guessing I would still be able to get my money back if it does turn out to be fake, right??

Might be worth sending the seller an email saying how come the tracking no is from China, when you state you live in Wiltshire, UK.

Whats the feedback like for the seller?

To be honest, it was 1 but it was positive. The guys name on paypal once he claimed it was Chinese as well, all very fishy. Looking back I think it was all a clever set up to persuade people to buy this item as the one feedback was for this item as well. i feel ****ing stupid for even considering buying it. But when what your after is being offered at £35.00 when it normally retails at £100

The thing is ebay has suspended his account now. I'm gonna wait and see if anything turns up as I have to wait 7 days before I can put in a claim with ebay anyway.
