Still smiling after winning my ewoks on Brownys competition and it's my Birthday tomorrow so I'm in an especially good mood – I know I'm getting some nice Star Wars pressies :D
So I thought I'd do a wee competition for some modern vintage collection MOC's. Now I know there isn't a huge amount of love for modern stuff but thought it would be a good opportunity for someone to get some modern figures without actually going over to the dark side and buying them!

Picked 1 from each film

Rebel Trooper - we were robbed back in the day, more than anyone he should have been a figure in the original line up.

Han Bespin – my favourite figure as a kid, even bought a second one to "keep good" when they were reduced to 50p just wish I had left him on the card.

Nein Nunb – he along with B Wing pilot were the last vintage figures I got as a kid so he always brings back happy memories plus his modern version is pretty damn good!

So whether you want to win them to keep, give to your kids or just to relive the magic of ripping open a new figure without having to feel guilty come and have a go.

Right competition – I am on call with my work, can be a bit restrictive but it pays for figures vintage and modern. I am back on call on Sunday the 7th of July at 08:00
Have a guess when the 1st call will come in – date and time please. Sometimes when we're busy we'll get a couple of calls a day or nothing for 3 or 4 days.
As soon as I do I'll post a screenshot showing the exact time, winner will be the closest to that time either before or after.
Figures will be posted out free of charge to the winner
Good luck.

Great comp, nothing wrong with a bit of modern.

Im gonna say 08:30 on the 7th July, nice and early to get a full days work out of you!!!

Nice Comp Colin :) wouldn't say no to a bit of modern :D

I'll go with 3.33pm on 7th July :)

Cheers, very generous :)

Happy Birthday for tomorrow, it's the same date as mine!!!!

I'll go with 9:25am on 7th July

Cool compo dude! I'll try the 8th at 12 noon. Happy Birthday for tomorrow. :)

Hey great response so far - was worried there would be no interest in modern!

Cheers for Birthday wishes (great day for a Birthday Walkie) but what's with all these early times, I was looking forward to a lazy Sunday morning but you've all got me out my bed and working

Michael it's open ended until I get called out so unless you know something I don't (like I'm getting sacked) I'd go for a new guess but I do like they way you're thinking and at least you've got me enjoying some quality time at home :D
