Hi everyone,

I have had this set of figural mugs stored in my loft for several years. Whilst having a clear out I came across them and have decided to sell. There are 17 in total which I believe to be the complete set of this type. They are all boxed and all but three have the certificate of authenticity.

The condition of the boxes is good but do have some scuff marks on the edges through being in storage. The mugs themselves are in as new condition having been kept in bubble wrap.

I have not been able to find a complete set to gauge the value of these and would really appreciate your opinions.

Many thanks.

Steve

On average about £10 each, a few seem to hover around the £6-8 mark. The EP1 ones about £5-6 each. Chewie, Fett and the Emperor can go for up to £20 each. Ebay sold search can be your friend :)

I wouldn't try to sell as a collection, I haven't met too many collectors of Modern Star Wars ceramics. It would be a lot to ask for one person to take the lot, I'd split it all up and sell individually

Not worth much at all. I think some of them are nice looking, but there is really very little value to the modern ones. Great for a drunken nite out on the town.

Thank for the replys.

Surprised to hear that they are worth less than I paid for them back in 1995-1999. But you guys are the experts. Not really interested in selling them separately as I think it would be a shame to break up a complete set.

I will probably list them on ebay as a complete set and see what happens. I might get lucky and find someone who is after a complete set. Probably be harder to sell that way but got to be worth more to the right person than selling them all separately.

I recently sold a silver vader for £15+ on Ebay, and picked up a Gam Guard for £2.50 plus postage.

I'd put them back into the attic. I reckon there will be a phase in the future where these become more collectable. Right now they are too modern to be of value.

To be fair 99% of star wars collectables form 1995 onwards are probably worth less than you would have paid for them
