Can someone identify this droid please

Hi - picked up this droid and after extensive searching I think it's a R5 D4 but I can't find one with green markings and orange top. Does anyone know what it is please? Thanks for your help.

Looks like a custom. R4 J1 body and R5 A2 head maybe

You have two bits from two different droids - which were designed to be mixed and matched.
