CAN ANYONE HERE MAKE ME A CUSTOM CARD ??? just card & bubble

Hi fellas
ive only 3 items from childhood in my collection 2 of which are very very very battered brutalised vtg figures missing limbs etc but both are very important to me 8)
so not before time ive had a thought to get a photo of myself aged about 6 or 7 years old put on a jedi or esb card with my own wording in the name plate & have someone make me it and send it along with a sticky backed loose bubble so i can attach one of my figs to display it ,
thought i would ask here before approaching a custom carder on ebay .if you can just leave a msge here or pm or both wether you can and a price TA very much in advance for any help
