Burgers!

Here's a shocker - my Mrs has never had a kebab! Gobsmacked  ...and that's not a euphemism

Neither have I.
I've seen the "meat" they put in them and even at my most drunk I've never been tempted.

They are tasty but i don't want to know what's in the 'meat'. Bit of everything i reckon. Whatever's hanging around the factory that day - dog, cat, rat. Maybe a bit of Taun-Taun on a good day :p

In Wigan (i'm not from Wigan by the way) they eat 'Donna and chips' - that's just Donna meat and chips!

I don't think I've had a burger. Definitely not had a chicken nugget.
I used to work in the takeaway industry and as a rule the spicer the kebab, the poorer the meat. Most kebab is mutton and horse meat has been in kebabs for at least 15 years now.

Ahh, i get you. You could always have a Linda McCartney one or sommat. I've had spicy veggie bean burgers and stuff. Not bad at all :)

Neigh lad :D

I applaud you mate on your conviction.

I'm one of those people that loves to eat meat, but have disassociated it from the animal. If I had to provide for myself, I would 100% be a veggie, couldn't kill anything...so I suppose I contradict myself.

:D

To be honest i'm not a massive fan of red meat. I like a nice steak and bacon but that's about it. Beef, Lamb, Pork - they only taste of what you put on 'em. No way would i eat a burger on it's own without all the salad, cheese and other crap. Fair play for sticking at the veggie thing 8)

Don't think so. Stopped eating meat when I was 4.

I didn't know you were gay!

Sorry, OJ.
Fair play to you. My brother in law is a vegetable, I mean vegetarian, and I don't know how he does it. I love Bacon sarnies and chicken too much.

Taste like ****. The only Linda Mc stuff I have the time of day for is the sausages but only rarely.

I've always fancied going veggie or near veggie - any tips on what's good buddy? Yep taht LMc stuff and Quorn is crap :(

There was a Chinese near where I lived called "Good Luck" ironic for a take away  was always busy - although this is Scotland few of us see 40, we eat cholesterol for breakfast

Auntie Bessies stuff is by far the best IMO. Tesco own brand is decent too. Love Auntie B's toad in the hole. Someone else explain that to Todd please
