Brown Snake Yoda

Hi, just a quick question, bought a yoda from ebay and the snake is flexible, almost rubbery, my orange snake yoda is hard an unflexible.
Are they both legit, both fake or both of the above?! :?

It is very common for accessories to vary in flexibility, ie Rancor Keeper hood, bib fortuna belt & Yoda snakes... And most non-orange snakes are more flexible than the orange ones
