Boba Fett mailer paperwork

I've just picked up a Boba Fett mailer from Jeff and thought I'd see if anyone out there has got the paperwork for it spare? The main thing I'm looking for is the slip of paper saying sorry that it's not rocket firing and I'm not sure if it ever came with anything else in the UK.

I know it's probably a long shot but I thought it was worth an ask, just drop me a line if you can help.
