Not yet, am still trying to play nice at the moment but will contact Ebay as the buyer should have had both by now. Think they neg'd me because they had recieved some the same day

I wouldn't leave it too long or you will have no control over whether you can get the feedback removed.
Did you get proof of postage?
If so i'd have already been on the phone to ebay. Chances are they will remove the feedback without even contacting the buyer. I've done it twice now. One main reason feedback will be removed is if what the buyer has written could be construed as untrue "fraudulent seller" for example is not allowed. It cannot be proven and is slanderous. Yours states "item still not received" (something like that isn't it?). This IS NOT true so if you have proof of buyer receiving the item ebay will remove the feedback.

Yes, I have got proof of purchase for the 2nd one with confrimation that it has been delivered. Will try calling Ebay in the morning and see what happens

Yeah i think that's worth a go. Just don't mention the whole thing about the first one not arriving unless you have to. Just maybe say sending was delayed slightly longer than usual (which is true) but you have proof it has now arrived and so the feedback should be removed as it is not true.
If the buyer was gonna help you out on this he would have done so already.
