I haven't read the entire thread, but he seems genuine. I guess it's just a case of crossing fingers and hoping people get their refunds.

Still not too sure why it took him so long to respond, but like I said I haven't read it all.

That's not all refunds for the samples, there's also a few other bad deals and items lost in the post.

The idea is that he will take the ex-Palitoy employees' family to court to recoup his losses. If you can afford to spend Ã'£15,000 on vintage toys in the first place you've not got too many worries :wink:
