authentic boba fett sidearm

I am trying to find out the value and collectability of a real, not replica, buba fett sidearm gun. It is a PULCE 40 made by Technisub in the 70's for spearfishing. I have the gun, holster, spear & line, pressurising pump (should anyone want to use it for its intended purpose) and user manual with parts list.
