Anyone see that 21bk Boba Fett?

So been watching fetts for a bit - seen 21bks go from £1300-1900 depending on grade and card. Have now just seen one, ungraded, veins, two cracks and a ding... and it went for £2551 (about $3800 for our US friends).

haha not paying that money for something not particularly rare. The Fett tax is rediculous at times. I've got Jawas to get!

Turned out to be fake bidders - really should be bigger penalties for people that bid for a laugh.

Was it definitiely fake bidders Nick? That is a tough Fett to find with the "Secret Figure Offer" sticker . Tougher to find than the kenner 21 back fireball.

Fair do's. Non payers are a nightmare. I have just had an issue with a non payer for a high end piece. Very frustrating!

I noticed that listing when it was live and wanted to mention it but didn't want to out a live auction. The colours looked off to me and also the bubble looked odd. After reading the RS thread it looks like it was a fake after all. It's still hard to tell without it in hand and the creases on the back do make it seem more legit than the normal recards out there but hopefully the buyer will know once they have it.

That's a lot of cash to drop on something, especially if it turns out to be worthless.
