Anyone members live near Ilkley?

Looking for a little assistance, if possible. Won a few loose figures at Hartleys Auction house in Ilkley .....not realising they don't do postage themselves :roll: I don't get that in this day and age: Sign up to Salesroom or the like so those that can't be there can bid but don't offer even basic P&P!

Anyway, I've contacted the usual (Mailboxes Etc.) and am waiting on quotes but expecting them to be all kinds of outrageous. As such, getting prepared with a fall back plan and seeing if anyone in the area wouldn't mind collecting them and sticking the shoebox they come in in the post to me? Would be grateful to the tune of beer/SW tokens.

Spoons, that would be a winner! Just had a quote of £40 from MBE. What a joke. The same company charged me £115 for 30kg of comics worth over £3k....how they can charge £40 for a small parcel of less than 2kg is remarkable. Still, I guess they have minimum charges, etc. PM incoming!
