Well my boss came back last week, he seems to be a lot better but still a long way to go. We had a major issue last Wednesday or Thursday where Cisco had done a firmware update on the switches and it had failed. With combined effort we got it all working correctly again

team work once again not having to face the whole lot alone. In a strange sort of way I have enjoyed the time alone holding the fort alone proves I can do it and my bosses have all been really pleased with me and given some great feedback and compliments which has really helped. Better then my last place I use to work at my boss and supervisor were both 1st class bastards my supervisor particularly he would bully me everyday for no reason and my manager did **** all about have been left there over a year now and its the best thing that ever happened never though I would say this but losing my last job was ace did me a massive favour closest I got to a bonus at my last job was when my Supervisor was off for 2 weeks no joke I saw the twat yesterday for the first time in leaving the place he totally ignored me but as we walked passed each other I couldn't resit the V sign. So tempted to forward him the e-mails I got from my manager and 2 of the company directors this what they said:
My manger wrote:
Good morning,
I thought it was worth noting the calls logged in October (507 calls) & November (499 calls) on the I.T. helpdesk.
Steve has worked tremendously hard in my absence and thought it was worth recognising his hard work with a quick e-mail to you both.
He is off on holiday next week on a well-deserved break.
Since I implemented the Helpdesk call logging system in September 2016 - 6,956 calls have been logged which is an average of 428.8 calls per month.
Reply from Director 1:
Please put it on record that Steve has done a brilliant job in supporting us here at Middleton and I agree has worked extremely hard.
Reply form Director 2:
I agree, he even moved his holiday.
Manger then wrote when forward the messages to me:

see below, have a good break and see you rested when you get back.
Cheers
That made me feel like £100,0000
Really felt like sending it to my old boss with **** you this is what I can do and what i'm really like not all that **** and lies you 2 twats made up.
