My money would probably go on a reseal but what do you all think?

As a not the seller did mention the damage to it although who's to know if the story is totally legit, it's always hard to say for sure.

In my opinion, when some one writes this:

I bought this many years ago at a toy fair and I bought it at a premium price and was told it had never been removed from card I had no reason to disbelieve him and still don't but buyer will have to make there own mind up from the photos

it means it has been opened but the seller doesn't want to say.

Also to me, from the main front on picture it looks like tearing under the bubble edge on the top left hand of the bubble going down to about half way.

Always hard to tell from pic's though.

Very true.

These are all the same thoughts as mine. The seller has stated pretty clearly that it's not mint though so hopefully the winner will be happy with it......even if it's an expensive reseal.

When it comes to Palitoy...what is not an expensive reseal...or cardback for that matter. :D
