Any takers amongst you palitoy collectors?

I reckon it would have gone higher without the reserve being known.

What was the point of bidding if you know the price and it's way beyond what you'd pay.

All seemed quite pointless.

Though perhaps he was doing it just to measure response?

I always thought asking £2000 for 30 reseals was way over the top and a fair estimate would be between £300 to £500 top.

I agree with Gary about the reserve mind not a good idea to put that on your listing as everyone knew the seller was looking for £2000 minimum.
Which in my opinion was hugely over estimated.

Back on at the same price:-

HE should have stuck with the reserve idea but not told anyone what it was.

He clearly doesn't want to sell these.

Thats £70 per reseal on average and many aren't particularly well done by the look of it. If I were interested in such things they would have to display nicely and the fact the many of the bubbles have the top missing would put me right off.

If its a good job then I think people will pay for it. Those 12 Backs that sold recently were fetching £50-£100 but they looked so good it was probably worth it.
