Anniversary review on Replicator ( Orme )UPDATE-Now with photo

Guys,

Just a quickie, and ill post a photo later. I bought one of Darren Ormes replica 12 back bin headers last year as i wanted to see the quality firstly, and i also wanted to use it to be autographed by Baker, Daniels etc. However, whilst up in the room today i pulled it out and it is ****ed already, terrible ink fading etc.

Ill post a pic later, but basically the black ink is turning a blotchy red colour. So my experiment has worked, although it cost a few quid.

Obviously we know to stay away, but this is further proof. I knew it wouldnt last and as Todd said a while back, they will all go manky.

I saw one of his death star boxes early this year in person and it looked like ****. The colours were dreadful and faded.

not at all surprised. I'm sure the **** he excretes is printed on some laser printer he thinks is high quality, and believes will replicate a 4 colour process onto decent stock with laquer. LOL.. not a chance.

From what I've seen of his stuff first hand it's just ink jet quality with no sealant. These fade, as illustrated, fairly quickly and for the money you pay they're a rip off.
