Amazing carded prototype Rocket Firing Fett

I rem this and many other top end graded pieces on a massive online auction set up by Cloud City and Brian's Toys a few years ago. Am sure the expected price was 150K then.

Unbelievable piece and indeed an unbelievable price

Naturally if I were buying it(which I'm not ) I would b going there in person to collect as I'm sure anyone would :!:

I wonder how much the customs fees would be

Nice item though, but I don't think I would spend that much on one carded figure even if I had more money than sense.

Awesome piece , I remember seeing a photo of it years ago at the toy show . I would say it will sell , just watch the last 24 hours .

Wow, amazing piece.

I know a couple of people have said that it may not be worth it or wouldn't buy it...if i had the funds for this, I would be all over it!

Hear me out...the Irish Lottery tomorrow is €9 million.
This would be a drop in the ocean considering the interest etc on nine million quid...Most people wouldn't think twice of spending £100,000 on a flash motor if they were lottery winners? Something that will definitely depreciate over time...unlike this.

Not many get to see such a piece of Star Wars history first hand let alone own it....it would be amazing to actually be the person charged with preserving this.

As i say, Amazing piece....

20% customs if you are thinking of buying , however if I was buying it , I would take the plane !

Definately, no way customs would pick up on this, if it was in your bag, it's just an old Star Wars figure.

It's certainly a very cool piece. It's not technically sealed though is it because it was originally sealed with double sided tape. I know the figure is "carded" in the listing but it has been off the card for inspection. In peoples opinions does this effect the value? Would it be less appealing if the loose rocket firing fett was being sold with the card back and bubble or do folks not think it matters because of its unique nature? Just interested to hear people's thoughts.
