Advice Please PS3 + Games - Valuation First

Hi guys,

I'm looking to sell the following for my son who has never touched it since PS4. Tried to get him to sell it before Xmas but he wouldn't have it. Anyway, I'm not sure how to sell this. I've looked at trade-in and wasn't impressed:

Caveat - these all belonged to my son since he was 8 (not 11) and most are in played with condition (light surface scratches.) Few look unused. Few look badly scratched but I've put them all in the console and they all play.
Not interested in selling individual games.

A handful of cases aren't in good condition - the rest are fine:

PS3 160GB slim console - never had a problem. No repairs. No lights of death. Nothing. Comes with HD cable and genuine power lead.
1 x genuine controller, 1 x compatible controller. Both wireless and vibrate

i'd say about £120-£140 depending on if you have the box for the PS3.

Prices for the consoles are still pretty good (you can get a pre-owned with a 1 year guarantee for £89 at the moment)

Problem is the pre-owned game values have dropped like a stone!

Don't sell it mate, ditch your SWFUK duties for a week and get some gaming in yourself. You might be surprised how things have moved on since Horace goes Skiing :wink:

I hope to god the new Speccy has all the Horace titles in the 1000 pre installed!

I would list it at £140 ono. You do have some great games there but as has been said, second hand games aren't worth that much.

I toyed with the idea of selling mine but it's useful as a media centre in our bedroom. Plus the kids still play a few games.
