adding best offer to ebay auctions

Hi does anyone know how to do this because ebay is totally ****ing me off because I cant find how to do it!
 
There's a lttle box to check when you do fixed price.

Thanks apack, the one I mean is for an auction listing, I found the one for fixed listing but apparently you can put an offer function on an auction now, just dunno how

Sorry about that. I've seen a few of these and from what I've looked up it's up to eBay to put the best offer on and the seller isn't able to on their own.https://community.ebay.com/t5/Selling/best-offer-in-a-auction/qaq-p/28183269

You can make an offer directly now in a message if you use the "ask a question" option about a specific listing. Regardless of what kind of listing it is. Or if a buyer asks you would you take x amount for it, you can reply with an offer.
