Guys,

I've just got a A-wing pilot through the post, purchased of ebay, seller advertised it as a-wing pilot with weapon and in the description said that the weapon floated etc.. Now as soon as I looked at the gun it was very obviously fake and sank straight to the bottom of my glass!!

I'm sure it's happened plenty of times, just wondering what to do. I've sent the seller a message, just waiting to hear back.

Cheers

Best thing to do is liase with the seller first - if you are happy with the figure the go for a partial refund and if not ask to return it

If you have no joy then file a case with eBay but make it a not as described rather than fake as eBay will ask for proof

That's crap, but hopefully it's a decent seller that will step up to their responsibility

Best of luck mate

Cheers fellas, yes done as Iain suggested, waiting to hear back. I know I'm not the only one it happens to but it's fooking annoying!!

It happens so often and isn't always the sellers fault

I just picked up some figures from a seller on RS and one arrived with a repro cane - these things have been passed of as originals for so long now that unless you look carefully at each one then it easy to miss them

If the seller works with you then he is likely to be genuine. If he doesn't then feel free to post a link to his sale up here so that we can all avoid him

Spoke to the seller and have to say he was a top bloke. Apologised and offered partial refund which I've accepted so all's good, thanks for the advice Iain.

Now anyone got an original aWing pilots gun going spare !! :)
