so i bought a moc figure for $1 8) ! and paid international standard postage. and then later got this reply from the seller ''I was displaced by this recent hurricane and currently in up-state New York waiting till my home in New Jersey receives power. I can hold the item for you, but am unable to send it at this time. Your .99 cents will be refunded until i can ship this item. Apologies for the delay''

ive replied since saying im in no rush and still want the figure so when its convientent for him, i then later sent another email a few days later asking for an update, and no reply as of yet.....

is the seller ****ing me about or should i give him the benefit of the doubt for a bit?

it's a new excuse but least it is topical.

If he does intend to send it then there is no need for him to refund your money - tell him you will hang fire until he is ready

If he won't seller it you because it's a massive loss to and you really want, offer him a bit more money.

il give him a couple of weeks longer to give me an update or at least a reply if not il ask for refund via ebay/paypal, i means its no big loss too me as i won it for peanuts.

still no reply ive opened case with ebay.com for a refund

ebay.com says ''If the seller does not respond by Nov 29, 2012, or if the seller does respond but you still can't work things out, you can ask eBay Customer Support to review the case and make a final decision''

i paid by paypal so do i now wait until the 29/11/12 until ebay.com get back to me! how do i get my money back into my paypal account?
