Uh-oh, it's Dr. Who meets Star Wars! With a Shoreditch haircut...

Jesus, after seeing the imperial army pic the other day, which looked like a red square meeting-now we have Mein Fuhrer :) Where in gods name did JJ get his inspiration? Indiana Jones and the ROTLA???

Im sorry guys, but the more that comes out the stranger it looks. Im just waiting for Spock to appear. I really hope this isnt a letdown for you guys.

I'm sure it'll end up being a letdown on some level but as long as it's an enjoyable movie that's based on some sort of logic I'm sure it'll work for me. It's never going to be the same as seeing the original ones back in the day as a young boy but if I can still get a tear in my eye just from watching the trailer then JJ must be doing something right.

It remains to be seen how it all works out but I'm looking forward to seeing it and also seeing what direction it moves forward in. It's never going to replace the OT but it might just bring back some of those feelings from a galaxy far far away… :D

That picture of Luke is what I thought he'd end up looking like and I always felt that he was probably going to be the easiest sell of the old characters coming back. looks pretty good to me and makes sense that he would style himself on Ben in his later years.

Imagine, tfa is set 30 years after rotj, that's a big gap to fill.... I sense too many disney animaton films/series coming the next years...
I'm looking forward to tfa, but I hope they don't release too much for the kiddies...

Very very happy that there a loads of real actors standing in real sets, rather than PT actors looking a bit lost on blue screen backgrounds. In the original Disney thread the first thing I said was I hope they get back to real actors on real sets and ditch as much of the CGA crap that they possibly can and it seems they're going down that route. I still expect the new films to be bitter sweet, but I'm pleased enough so far.
