A Challenge.

As I've been getting near the end of my complete Palitoy run (and subsequently it's been harder/more expensive to get them) I thought of a little side project.

I've been buying bulk lots on ebay to flip to fun the habit and I found myself with a few bits of Darth Vader's Star Destroyer playset amongst them. This was probably the biggest bit of kit I had as a kid as my parents couldn't afford a Falcon or AT-AT; although it isn't as cool as those it holds a lot of memories for me. Therefore I've set myself the challenge of collecting and building a Darth Vader's Star Destroyer, the rules being:

1) Parts of other vintage Star Wars stuff can be traded for parts.
2) Parts cannot be bought outright.
3) Parts can be bought if they are in a big job lot when the most of it is for another purpose.

I've got a trade list up in the swap shop forum for bits I've got available (already got two great pieces off the list thanks to Ponchobelt (cheers Chris!).

Anyone else fancy having an offbeat collecting challenge? (Kudos if anyone chooses the Kenner OR Palitoy Death Star!).
