Own a large collection of vintage Kenner Star Wars figures/vehicles/playsets which I must now part with. All listings are starting at £0.99 but hopefully will get a bit more. First up are:
Rancor Monster in orginal unopened box
Sy Snootles and the Rebo Band in original unopened box
Tauntaun in original opened box
Slave 1 Vehicle
Y-wing vehicle

Part of a MUCH larger collection so check these first few out and I am open to requests on what to put up next if there is anything you need, good chance I will have it

Link to live auctions removed.

We have an informal rule on here, we like people to introduce themselves first and at least try and establish a little credibility to prove they aren't a scammer. Normally a name, a little history of the items they have and an Ebay ID will do. As you only provided a link to your auctions and you Ebay ID has zero feedback. I've removed it.

Hi Howard. Welcome.

Have you throught about ending the ebay auctions and selling them here? It is completely FREE and is much easier. Build your reputation and then I an sure you will sell your items here in no time.

Thought about it but only found this place after submitting the listings, Ebay has a policy on taking listings off ebay and selling elsewhere (they suspend your account if you disobey which is a pain in the arse).
Would consider it with the rest of the collection though

Going to take a long introduction and a good piece of confirmation for anyone to buy on here

Fair enough, little new to this

Me and my brother collected when we were kids and now we need the money it makes sense to sell it on. FYI .. Ebay ID is techneeds69

Originally we just bought figures for normal play purposes but as we got more we bought vehicles and playsets purely for the purpose of collecting and then we invested a little more into boxed items and rarer pieces. If anybody wants images they are welcome to ask. I understand peoples problems with verification here with the 0 feedback score but there isn't much I can do about it, it was an account I used for work once but didn't actually buy/sell anything, didn't think it would be a problem using it for this, I didn't see the point of making a new account as that would only be another account with 0 feedback score

Pictures, possibly with todays newspaper included to show he actually owns them will be a good start.

Ok mate. But as I said you will have to gain a repuation first. So perhaps if you leave those on Ebay and the sales go well we know you are who you say you are. :? But an introduction in this thread would be good. - http://www.starwarsforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=3797&start=2505

Sorry for all this but we get so many similar threads on here who turn out to be one poster wonders/scammers

Fair play for replying, a lot of people posting link just disappear after.

If you can stick up a few pictures then people will know you have the items, the newspaper etc will help prove you have them and haven't nicked the pictures from somewhere else. You may then get a few offers from the guys on here. That'll save you Evil bay fees.
You can, or at least could last time I listed on Ebay, cancel a live auction and say "the item was no longer for sale" basically a 'I've changed my mind' option, I assume that still exists. Though you may as well leave them up until you see what the response from the guys on here is like.

Cheers

I cancelled an auction a couple of months ago (I use ebay for work sometimes) and I got a message the next day saying I was trying to avoiid fees by removing the listing and selling elsewhere so they would suspend my account if I did it again. Worst part was I didn't even sell that item anywhere else, except that it is listed on my website.

Picture of the 5 items on ebay with the date on todays paper

And after all that the date comes out blurred. Great.

You can make out the date but if you all want I can try again

Well done Howard. Thanks for making the effort.
Some nice boxed items there. I'm sure you'll get interest.

Pete.

Being honest here Howard I cancel on eBay all the time :) I put items on eBay at the same time as I put things on this forum, if they sell here I take them off eBay, I also sell them cheaper here because at the end of the day I'm paying no fees and rather than putting the money in ebays pocket I would rather these guys get a cheaper deal one which I know is going too a good place, I'm not saying you should do that, it's just the way I think :)

Ok, I haven't got much to lose if they take away that ebay account anyway, it is basically just a spare

How does selling work here?

Create a post in the for sale section and upload the photos

Make sure you put prices up and people will sort out payment via pm. The majority of us on here use paypal

Like I said in a previous post, expect people to be a bit wary of a new member and don't expect to be selling anything huge until you have some feedback.
If I read it correctly, you have another ebay account? If so, post a link to that so people can see you are honest.

As I said earlier, well done on putting a picture up with today's newspaper, that will have helped.

The PM button (how people will sort out payment details and addresses) is at the top of the screen on the far right (it will either say New PM or No New PMs)
