4lom melted coo palitoy exclusive?

Hello can anybody tell if the 4lom with melted coo can only be found on palitoy cards? Is it a pailtoy exclusive if you like ? And do anybody know if there is any figure variants that are palitoy exclusives ?

That is old incorrect information from an outdated guide, it is mentioned
