I doubt that. If they do catch the ****ers, expect to see heads on poles. From what I pick up from the news, emotions are running pretty high. I'd imagine folks want a lynching - and rightly so. Whatever sort of sick **** who does something like this deliberately deserves the worst kind of shitstorm imaginable.
